Mom of Special Needs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates momofspecialneeds.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information we collect
When you use the Site, we may collect:
- Email address and name when you subscribe to our newsletter, download a free resource, or purchase an eBook.
- Payment information when you buy an eBook. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Browsing data through Google Analytics and Google Search Console (via Site Kit by Google), including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location.
- Chat messages if you use our Tidio chat widget. Tidio stores these on its servers.
- Comments and submissions if you submit a story, comment on a blog post, or contact us directly.
How we use your information
- To deliver the eBooks, free resources, and emails you have requested.
- To send occasional updates, blog notifications, and product announcements (only if you have opted in).
- To improve the Site and our content.
- To respond to your messages and support questions.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share data only with these third parties, and only as needed to operate the Site:
- PayPal processes payments.
- Brevo manages our email list and sends our newsletter and automated sequences.
- Tidio powers our chat widget.
- Google (Analytics, Search Console) provides Site analytics.
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Make.com connects services for automation, when used.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that comply with major privacy frameworks.

The Site uses cookies for analytics, chat functionality, and remembering your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

We keep email subscriber data until you unsubscribe. We keep order records for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years). We delete chat transcripts after 12 months.

We use SSL encryption on the Site. We choose vendors with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee against all risks, but we take reasonable precautions.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Significant changes will be announced by email to active subscribers.
